TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. No Smoking: Smoking (including marijuana) is prohibited in rooms, on walkways, and on balconies. 

  - Smoking is permitted at the designated disposal stations. 

  - Non-compliance will result in: 

   - $100 fine for smoking on walkways or balconies. 

   - $500+ fine for smoking inside rooms. 

2. No Pets Allowed: A $250+ fine will apply if a pet is found in your room. 

3. Damages and Missing Items: Fees will apply for any stained, damaged, or missing linens and any room or furniture damage.
